Loan Submission
Your loan package is received & assigned to our processing team
Initial Scrub
Income, Property, Assets, Credit and other pertinent documentation
will be analyzed by our processing team to ensure that any red flags
are addressed before the loan package is sent to underwriting
Vendor Order
We handle ALL vendor orders including title, insurance, appraisal,
payoffs, etc
Clear Conditions
Proactively work directly with clients to obtain required documentation
Clear to Close
All parties will receive the “We Are Clear to Close” Notification. We will
work with all parties to coordinate the closing appointment.
Closing
Balance and finalize the closing package. Send final CD for broker
approval and then we will review final numbers with the client(s)
